Terms & Conditions

Before setting up your Previews Pull-Box account with us, please take a moment to read our terms & conditions.

All books ordered for customers through Previews Pull-Box are expected to be purchased in a timely, reasonable manner. While reasonable concessions may be given to customers that are travelling out of town, on vacation, etc., leaving large amounts of books in your Pull-Box for large amounts of time without any communicated intent of purchasing them may result in your held items being put out for sale, and your account deactivated.

Syndicate Comics & Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any pulls for certain customers. Criteria for these decisions may be based on:

  • Lack of communication regarding large collections of items marked “ready for pick-up”

  • Customers frequently putting pulled books back on the shelf

Please note that if you order books weekly by FOC dates (final order cut-off), all order requests must be in before 5pm each Sunday in order to guarantee your books get ordered, and arrive on release day.

Ratio Variants

Any order requests for incentive/ratio variants are not guaranteed to be ordered for you. Syndicate Comics & Collectibles uses order requests on all incentive variants to gauge interest in a book, and reserves the right to order incentive variants at their own discretion. All incentive variants ordered by Syndicate Comics & Collectibles are put up for pre-sale online. If an incentive variant you have requested is ordered once the book hits its final order cutoff date, Syndicate Comics & Collectibles will contact you, notifying the book is up for pre-sale. Once the book is purchased online, it will be placed in your box on release day, ready for pick-up.
